How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us. Every order ships FREE to the lower 48 states — the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise fees at checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii: a $25 surcharge applies, simply because carriers charge far more to reach that far.

Why does fresh shipping cost what it does?

Here's the honest truth: we want to get our bagels to you as fresh as humanly possible — packed the day they're made and rushed straight to your door. That kind of fast, fresh delivery isn't cheap these days, and shipping costs have climbed a lot lately.

We've taken that cost on ourselves and built it into our pricing so you can enjoy free shipping. We genuinely wish shipping were cheaper — and we're always working to get you the freshest bagel for the best possible price. How do the bagels ship?

Every order is packed fresh and shipped in an insulated box so your bagels arrive in great shape. Our bagels are made with no preservatives, so we ship them fast to travel well and freeze beautifully the moment they arrive.

How fast will they arrive?

We bake and ship early in the week so your bagels aren't sitting in transit over a weekend. Most orders arrive within a couple of days of shipping. You'll get tracking by email the moment your box is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States — all 50 states. (Alaska & Hawaii carry the $25 surcharge noted above.)

How should I store them?

If you'll enjoy them within a day or two, keep them at room temperature in their bag. For longer, pop them straight in the freezer. When you're ready, let a bagel thaw for about 25–30 minutes, then toast — it'll taste like it came out of our oven an hour ago.

Are they really kosher?

Yes. OYA bagels are Certified Kosher, Pas Yisroel, and Yoshon, and our bakery is closed on Shabbos. Real, fresh, hand-rolled bagels your whole family can trust — shipped anywhere in the country.

What are the dietary details?

Our bagels are Dairy-Free (Pareve) and made with no preservatives and no MSG.

What makes an OYA bagel different?

Every bagel is hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and then baked — the old New York way. That boil is the secret behind the shine, the snap, and the chew. No shortcuts, no preservatives, no steamed-soft imposters.

Does my order really help kids with cancer?

It does. 5% of every order goes to helping children fighting cancer. Every box you order puts a little more strength behind a child who needs it.
